Ham and Swiss Quiche
Recipe:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup diced ham steak, (5 ounces)
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- Crushed red pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Then add mustard, rosemary, and pepper; whisk to combine.
- Toss ham, Swiss cheese, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Add the egg mixture and toss well to coat. Place in baking dish.
- Bake until the custard has set, 50 to 60 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Calories: Estimate 190 to 245
